I watched this movie with my grandchildren. They found it very interesting, but have deplored the way in which the cubs were eliminated. But I explained that it was in their customs and I believe that they have understood, even if it is difficult to admit. I was even dubious when for the umpteenth out of the box (it was in blu-ray player) but after 5 minutes of the movie I was already won over by the purity of the grain of the image (even for a film of the 70's) and the sound quality in DTS! Here we see a very good war film that stands out among the films we could see in the years 60-70. Like "saving private Ryan", the realism is also present here. We say that the music of John Williams goes a little bit to save the furniture, who had composed songs unstoppable and of rare beauty for the first trilogy, but it is nothing not anymore. Where the music was an integral part of the other movies, leaving the spectator with force in the images, she is here to make it pretty and a dire lack of soul. Apart from a few seconds of brass, well-placed, one can say that Williams has missed the boat. Finally, the film remains a introduction missed for this new trilogy. A riot of special effects making the story but not the used not is not the essence of cinema. "Star Wars", above all human situations in a science fiction world, and this film is a dire lack of humanity for the benefit of the computer.... upon reading the announcement, I hadn't realized that there was only one "blister", I was expecting to receive three "blister" in a coffretdonc not easy to handle for looking at, 2 DVD being arranged one over the other. Very great film, played to perfection, Brad is excellent as usual, and the other actors all wonderful! the war is shown as it is horrible, but with a brotherhood within the team of char's extraordinary.
